Privacy Policy

We collect what you send us when you make an enquiry (for example via WhatsApp) — such as your name, country, and message — basic analytics about how the site is used (via Google Analytics), and standard server logs. We use this to respond to you, fulfil orders, improve our website, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We use analytics and advertising services — including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — to measure how the site is used, measure the performance of our advertising, and show you relevant ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and partner sites. These and other advertising partners set cookies, and some are used for advertising and may recognise you across other websites and apps.

If you reach our site from one of our ads, your browser stores a short ad reference (which campaign and ad you came from). For up to 7 days we add it to the WhatsApp message we prefill for you, for example “(ad 23359868613-788977756488-D)”, and record it with our analytics. It contains no personal information, and you can delete it from the message before you send it.

You can opt out at any time:

• Personalised ads — Google Ad Settings and Meta ad preferences.
• Google Analytics — Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Or block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

We rely on Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery) to run the site. Your information may be processed in Japan and in the countries where these providers operate.
